Untuk Pengguna di rumah (cash)
1. transport ( charge visit ) - RM20 ke atas ikut jarak. Ni hanya ada kalau service kat rumah client.
2. Install / Format - Windows OS + Office + Basic software = RM45 ke atas. (tengok berapa lama masa nak ambil. sejam pertama RM30, jam seterusnya RM25 ke.. ikut sedap kau lah..)
3. Troubleshooting - RM20 ke atas. Kalau simple sangat, free pun takpe. Kalau ambik masa lebih dari 20 minit dikenakan caj.
4. Setting Internet / pasang CD-RW Drive - caj lah dalam RM15-RM20
Cuba bayangkan berapa kos yang perlu dikeluarkan.
